Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SheetPull ("we", "us") collects and how it's used. SheetPull is an independent, solo-developer project — we collect no more than what's needed to run the product and process payments.
What we collect
- Pre-order / payment information: When you reserve a founding-member spot, payment is processed by Creem, our payment processor and merchant of record. We receive your email address and order details from Creem; we do not see or store your card details.
- Waitlist information: If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address only.
- Community data you choose to sync (once the product ships): SheetPull is designed to read data from your own Skool community (members, tiers, activity) that you are already logged into, and write it to a Google Sheet you connect. We do not store this data on our own servers — it flows from your browser session directly into your own Google Sheet.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
- We don't access other people's Skool communities — only the ones you, the account owner, are already a member/owner of.
- We don't build a public directory or database from community data.
Payments
All payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), acting as merchant of record. Refund requests can be made at any time before launch by contacting us — see below.
Third-party services
SheetPull is an independent, third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Skool or Google. Using SheetPull to sync your own community's data is subject to Skool's own Terms of Service, which you remain responsible for reviewing.
Data retention
We retain payment/order records as required for accounting and refund purposes. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can request a refund, ask us to delete your waitlist email, or ask what information we hold about you, at any time.
